The Classic & Custom Japanese Motorcycle Club of Australia is hosting its second Motorcycle Spectacular at the Austrian Club in Heidelberg West – north of Melbourne – on Sunday, March 9.
Last year’s inaugural event was deemed a great success by the organisers and they are expecting bigger and better this year with an estimated 150 vehicles and around 750 spectators.
Prizes are up for offer in the show ‘n’ shine and David Russell will return with his popular stunt show. There will also be live music, trade stalls, maintenance demonstrations, catering (with bar facilities) and there’s plenty of parking available.
The event is family orientated with a children’s playground plus balloon modelling, juggling and a motoGP ride simulator to keep the kids entertained. There’s also a kid’s ride program, where the little ones have the opportunity for their first ride on a motorcycle.
If you’re looking for something to do over the long weekend in Melbourne, take the family along, enjoy the display and cast your vote in the people’s choice category. The show is open to the public and entry is via gold coin donation.
