Draggin Jeans has expanded its range of protective motorcycle jeans with a strong style focus. The men’s Selvedge jean, with its upturned cuffs, evokes images of The Wild One and 1950s hot-rod culture.
Before this era, denim was made on a shuttle loom, which produces a tightly woven heavy fabric with the edges of these lengths of fabric. The finish is a tightly woven strip running down each side that prevents fraying but it also makes the jeans look cool when you fold the cuff. Alas, the Selvedge edge. It’s a heavy weight, dark denim for long-term durability.
In addition, the traditional straight-leg jean is seamlessly lined with Draggin’s combination of knitted Kevlar and Dyneema, which is claimed to be the world’s strongest fibre at 40 per cent stronger than Kevlar and 15 times stronger than steel.
Available in sizes 30 to 44.
DRAGGIN TWISTA BLACK
By popular demand, Draggin Jeans has released its Twista series of jeans in black in both men’s and women’s sizes.
This fashionable dark blue series was a major market success among riders wanting protection but a skinny-leg look as well. Twista jeans come with no visible seams or panels and a cooling sports liner for all-year comfort.
With Dyneema and Kevlar lining covering the major crash zones, Twista Black has Draggin’s normal high level of safety.
Men’s sizes range from 28–40 and women’s cover 6–18
